We have the two great signs --- and the in the ground signs as well --- that we can use again. Is anyone's husband able to help put the thingies in so we can put the sign in the ground?
I'll do an email blast the week before the event. and Send home the flyer at the end of this week. Melaina helped sort the flyers and they will go home today (Wednesday)

Kathy Ladd, I think you are right that the same people will probably re-up.
I will look for the phone numbers for those you don't have. Be sure to let workers know that they get 10% off any purchase
Karen, I am working on scheduling volunteers for 8-3:30 Monday through Friday and 9-12 on Saturday. I have not asked anyone to help if you stay open for night events. Denise O'Briant may be able to help with set up once you decide on the time. Her phone number is 708-8172. Here's the tentative schedule:

Take down: I think I can be at school by noon for take down. Luke has a soccer game at 10:30.

Karen, I am leaving town tomorrow. I still have no volunteers for Tuesday or Thursday nights or Saturday morning. Most of the time during the school day is covered. What times are you needing help on Tuesday and Thursday nights?

She can only help ahead of time --- she will be in Chicago when it is actually time to decorate. The theme this year is Book Fair Diner! Saturday -- morning is Community Shopping Day... and break down -- should be finished by NOON!
